HAIR CARE TIPS
- Wash your hair using a moisturizing shampoo, rinse with cool water, add leave in conditioner and allow to air dry.
- Deep condition to restore moisture
- For touch ups between wash, mix leave in conditioner with water in a spray bottle and apply as needed. This will also help to revive your curls
- Use less heat
- Wrap hair properly when going to bed with a silk scarf
- Avoid the use of too many products
- Use only light oils like argan oil or Garnier Fructis Anti-Frizz Serum
- Seek professional help to bleach/color your hair
- Always comb with a wide tooth comb
- For more defined curls, scrunch your hair from root to ends after wash and add gel or foaming lotion.
- Wash with moisturizing shampoo and deep condition after swimming to remove any chlorine
- Avoid sulfur-based shampoos
- Use a heat protector to protect from heat damage
- Raw hair requires TLC. In order to enjoy your raw extensions, care for it like you would your own hair.
FAQs
- How many bundles will I need for a full head? This is only a guide as some prefer their hair fuller than others. 2 bundles for 10-16 inches, 3 bundles for 18-22 inches, 3/4 bundles and up for over 22 inches.
- Will you exchange or refund my worn extensions? For hygienic reasons, we don't take back worn extensions.

FACTS ABOUT RAW HAIR
- It is the purest form of virgin hair extensions in the market
- It is hair that is unprocessed. It gets cut from the donor’s head, gets wefted into bundles, washed and conditioned.
- It has no chemical, acid or mixed with synthetic hair
- Each bundle is from a single donor (head) so no two bundles will be exactly the same; the pattern isn’t defined or uniform
- It’s Remy hair which means all cuticles go in the same direction which prevents tangling and matting with little to minimal shedding
- Blends well with natural hair
- It can last for over 2 years
- It is thick, sometimes frizzy yet soft, bouncy, lightweight, and silky
- It has a natural shine
- Natural straight hair has a bit of wavy pattern to it
- It can be curled, straightened, and bleached and the curl or wavy pattern will revert
- It comes in natural color but it will vary slightly since everyone has a different shade of hair color but once it’s made into a sew-in or wig it will blend in seamlessly and almost unnoticeable
- The bundles are very thick so you’re able to use fewer bundles if you don’t like your hair very full
- It needs TLC. You have to treat it like your own hair as it is someone else’s hair

WIGS
Our wigs are made on a dome cap using a sewing machine for extra reinforcement that comes with an elastic band.
Parting - (Left, Right, or Middle) if not indicated, it will be parted in the middle which gives you the flexibility of wearing it to the left and right as well.
The knots will be bleached.
Allow up to 3-4 weeks to receive your Wig because the wigs are handmade once order is placed.
Styling - comes washed and straightened, you may have to slightly touch it up as a result of shipping.
Indicate if you don't want it styled.
