SHIPPING POLICY

Allow 5-7 Business Days for the delivery of your product(s) with the exception of wigs, services, and preorder items. To ensure delivery of your product(s), make sure you enter the correct address including apartment #or any other important information. We send all our products via USPS. Once the package leaves our warehouse, we won’t be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages, incorrect address, or unclaimed packages as we have no control over it. Allow 3-4 Weeks for processing, construction, and delivery of your wig(s) and pre-order items.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We offer 100% guarantee on all our products. If you change your mind about your purchase once the order has been placed and before it has been shipped out, notify us immediately at support@annolty.com for an exchange or store credit. If you receive your product and you are dissatisfied with it, you can exchange it for another product in our store but you won't receive a refund with some exceptions that are listed under items that cannot be returned. It must be in the original unused condition it was received. Any item that is used, washed, not in its original packaging, tampered with in anyway, without a tag, or received after 10 days from the date of delivery, the exchange will be voided. You will be responsible for the shipping fee to send it back to us and $5 shipping fee to send you your exchange item(s). We don't offer exchanges or store credit on our Jewelry, Lashes, Hats, Services, Press-on nails, Hair extensions and Wigs for sanitary reasons. Send us an email with the order number, if you want an exchange or a store credit, if you want an exchange, send a link of the product, reason for the exchange or store credit. We will in turn send you an address to mail it to and will receive a store credit to your online account within 1-2 business days once the item is received or send you the item you’d like as an exchange within our shipping policy.
